PACIFIC MISSION AVIATION

Bringing hope, changing Lives

...by enjoying a Scenic Flight over Palau!

In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.  Matthew 5:16

PMA is a 501(c)(3) organization, both recognized in Guam, Territory of U.S.A. and with the IRS, U.S.A. All donations are tax-deductible under section 501(c)(3).

How Do scenic flights help with PMA's Mission work?

1. THEY SUBSIDIZE THE INTER-ISLAND FLIGHTS

Revenue generated from the scenic aerial tours offsets the high cost of flying for the local Palauans who depend on the airplane for transportation to and from their islands.

2. THEY SUBSIDIZE THE MISSION FLIGHTS

PMA does many humanitarian flights at little or no cost to the local Palauans. Medical evacuations are completely free, and sea searches are for the cost of fuel only.

3. THEY HELP GROW OUR PILOTS

We have an internship program in which we are helping pilots build flight time, so that they can upgrade to another level within our mission. The scenic aerial tours provide an opportunity for them to fly more often and build more experience to reach that level. We hope that after the internship, pilots will have a desire to fly long term with PMA.

A&p mECHANICS WANTED

Much of our work week is spent on aircraft maintenance to keep our planes running well, and at a high level of safety.  If you are an aircraft mechanic with a heart to serve, we would love to have you join our team.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

In an effort to help young pilots fresh out of school to build flight time, we have an opportunity for them to serve with us as an intern.  At this base they can fly scenic aerial tours in single engine Cessna 206’s to build time and experience.  We also have many humanitarian flights that they can be involved in to get a feel for mission flying.  We hope that after the internship that pilots will have a desire to fly long term with PMA.  Then we can upgrade them to our twin engine aircraft and they can serve in Yap or Palau.

Hangar Project

In 2018, PMA broke ground for a new Hangar project on the north side of the Koror International Airport.  Relying on donations and any surplus funds the mission had, the project has taken over two years and the light is finally at the end of the tunnel.  We continue to trust in God to provide the remaining funds to complete the project.
